Arvydas Stanislasvas Kazdailis is a Lithuanian artist, best known as the creator of numerous coats of arms for Lithuanian towns and villages. For his achievements in Lithuanian art, he was awarded the Order of the Lithuanian Grand Duke Gediminas in 1999.
